We are doing everything possible to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic. Most of our Post Offices are still open, while our posties and drivers are working to get your parcels to you.
However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.
These delays can be up to a few days, and we ask that you bear with us during this challenging time. Thank you for your support and patience.
Free Shipping over $50
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders that total $50 AUD or more. For orders less than $50 AUD a shipping cost of $9.90 AUD will be charged.
Whilst we endeavour to have your order shipped within 1-2 days, due to current stage 4 restrictions in VIC there may be a delay. We deliver via Australia Post eParcel to anywhere within Australia and New Zealand. Australia Post make every effort to deliver within 7-8 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to Public Holidays.
You will receive email alerts and/or text updates with tracking details of your order once it has been dispatched. To track your order please enter your tracking number on AusPost tracking.
If you are not home to receive your delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the local post office to collect. Please refer to your tracking information for location details.

We will endeavour to make sure that the products listed on our website correctly show stock availability and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you by email to arrange a full refund or replacement.
