Contour Palette

So! I picked up nbn because they actually have my foundation shade (N2), and was reassured that the contouring palette was good for all skintones. The makeup is actually very firm and concentrated, making it wonderfully easy to pick up and apply color. I avoid the bronzer due to lack of experience, but the darkest tone is good for contour. The highlight in this palette unfortunately isn't strong enough on its own to make a difference on my fair skin, but it makes a great highlight base for illuminating glitters (Personally I use Nyx)

I don’t wear a lot of make up and I have never done contouring but after watching a lot of YouTube makeup videos I decided to bite the bullet and buy a contouring palette and I bought this one because it seemed good from the reviews and it was in the 50% off sale so it seems that this is a good starter palette for people who haven’t done contouring before. I don’t normally wear make up every day and don’t usually wear make up, just on special occasions, so I haven’t use the palette yet but it would probably be good as a starter palette for someone who wanted something simple and not too out there

I've bee using this palette for about a year now, it's the best. The contour shade is great for creating depth and adding warmth, very easy to blend, and the medium shade compliments it perfectly by blending out and adding a light tan finish. I sometimes use the medium shade as a blush if I don't want a lot of colour. Both shades can be used as eye shadows, and the lightest shade is great for the brow bone and inner corners of the eye. All three shades are matte and look very soft and natural on the skin. This is my No.1 favourite palette.

I love how the colour can be built up, so you don't accidentally end up with a dark streak down your face that can't be taken off without taking all your make up off! The contour colour is a cool tone so it looks very natural, whilst the bronzer is very warm and a little goes a long way! The highlighting colour is a bit yellow for me personally, but you can't win 'em all. I like that this set doubles up as a natural looking eye shadow, with no falling powder on my cheeks afterward!
